Istanbul the Beautiful

We booked a long (23 hour) layover in Istanbul so that we could explore a bit and hit up the most famous places there. If you ever find yourself in Instanbul, even if only for a small amount of time, I highly advise you to get out of the airport and into a mosque. Culturally, I found myself in some uncomfortable situations. But, I knew that that would probably happen, so I wasn’t bothered much. It’s easy to ignore minor hiccups when you’re walking around the great city of Constantinople. So today, I share some of my favorite pictures that will hopefully inspire you to visit this beautiful city.
